PrintQ By Perfect Solutions (operated by Perfect Solutions) receives files from your customers over WhatsApp and a QR upload page, queues them, and prints them through software you install on your PC or phone. Printing consumes print credits from your account.
Customer files are kept only for the period set in your shop settings (24 hours after printing by default) and are then deleted from our servers and from the hot folders on your PC.
Free launch credits are a gift and expire on the date shown in your account. Paid plans, when introduced, are announced in the app; unused paid credits follow the validity shown at purchase. Customer payments are made directly to your UPI ID; we never hold customer money.
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Printing on your premises depends on your printer, PC, phone and network.
