Your shop name, contact name, email, mobile number and city, your login (password stored as a salted hash), and the print history of your shop (file names, page counts, printer results, payment references).
The files they send for printing, the WhatsApp number or name they sent from, and payment notices forwarded from the shop phone (amount, UPI reference, payer name). Files travel encrypted (HTTPS) from the customer's phone or browser to us and from us to the shop's PC. How long they stay is the shop's choice: in Settings you set a keep period after printing (hours or days, so a customer can ask for a reprint without sending the file again), after which the files are deleted from our server and from the shop's PC. A customer who ticks “Delete my files once printed” when sending has their files deleted the moment the job is done, whatever the shop's keep period. The history keeps only file names and counts.
Messages are received through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API under your own number. We store only what is needed to print and reply. Automatic replies are generated for price and status; no marketing messages are sent by us.
Only the logins of your shop, and Perfect Solutions staff for support. Data is hosted on Perfect Solutions' servers in India-facing infrastructure and is never sold.
